Preparation
Let’s get started!
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together well. You may simply use your thoroughly cleaned hands to do this. Be careful not to over mix, or else you will end up with tough little Jingle Balls for your holiday treat!
Step 2
Use your judgement to form the size meatballs that you want. Some folks use a melon baller or ice cream scooper to do this, but again, you may use your hands. Keep in mind, the meatballs will shrink slightly in size while cooking. You are now ready to pop them in a 350° oven for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Step 3
While the meatballs are cooking, you can make the yummy Jingle Ball Dipping Sauce. It’s super simple to put together. Just combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until the vegetables are tender. This will really put the jingle in your Jingle Balls!
Step 4
After about 40 minutes your Jingle Balls are ready to be plated.
Enjoy!
